Overcoming job-related challenges

Once the client acquires a job they continue to work closely with a Job Coach who will assist them in retaining the job. The Job Coach can meet the client on or off the work site to continue the coaching process. This work could include both strategies to keep the job, and teach methods to help overcome job related challenges as they arise. The Job Coach also meets regularly with the employer in an effort to circumvent any potential work problems. This job coaching relationship can continue for as long as either party would like.
